So I had my baby boy on the 13th and was unfortunately given an episiotomy as it was a quick labour and I was stitched after. The stitches are sore as to be expected and the midwife looked on day two and yesterday and my husband looked twice but when I looked today, one side looks a tad yellow. I can’t work out if it’s pus as if doesn’t go when I wipe or if it’s just yellow skin like where it’s healing.

You would have a fever, smell and puss if it was infected. Try to stay calm and get your GP to check.
